Belly fat diet and my take on forskolin as a fat loss supplement

I always heard from my fellows that losing weight is not an easy task and I used to laugh and say what is in it? All you need to do is to take a good diet and do regular exercise and you are good to lose some pounds. However, when I tried to get rid of the fat on my stomach, that was when I truly found how hard it is to reduce the abdominal fat and get into a good shape.

I started off with some home workouts and those crunches and planks. But it was in vain. Then I was asked to get my hands on a belly fat diet but with the traditional way of training it was a few weeks and I was yet to see any visible results. It was that time when I started to be disappointed and lose hope. However, stumbling across the internet, I came to know about the weight loss supplements and how the all-natural forskolin can help in reducing weight. I researched for a while and when I found out that there are no real side effects, I decided to give it a try. So, here is what I found about it.

 

What is forskolin?

In ancient times, there were ayurvedic plants used by medical experts to treat patients with various problems. They would use them as a remedy to get rid of different issues. Forskolin is actually Coleus Forskohlii which is a plant from the family of mint and lavender. Found in the mountains of Asia, it was used to help patients that had blood pressure and respiratory disorders.

There are a number of scientific researchers that were conducted on this herb and they show its effectiveness as a medical remedy. It was pretty popular in the US (sadly, I never knew about the herb until I came across it on the internet) and was also featured on the Dr. Oz Show which is a heart favorite of many people throughout the country.

To be more precise about it, as per my research, it suggests that Forskolin is an active compound. It is taken from the roots of the Indian herb known as Coleus and can be highly helpful for weight loss.

How it helps in losing weight?

Let’s dive a little deep into the theory and see how it helps an individual in his weight loss training.

Forskolin is a supplement that helps in releasing the stored fat in the body of a person. The fat cells store fat so when you take this herb, it stimulates the cells to let it go. It is a process that occurs when your body needs energy and it decides to use the stored fat to get it. It is why the supplement can be a great addition to belly fat diet program.

Now, you may think that as the fat cells let go all the sturdy belly fat on your body, you might become lean. And there would be a big smile on your face. Well, that was what I initially thought about it but sadly the process is a bit more complex than just getting it released and I’ll talk about it below in the section ‘using forskolin for weight loss’ where I will things in detail.

Using forskolin for weight loss

After reading about it on the internet for a while and making sure that it was helpful in losing weight and receiving satisfactory answers to that question that popped up in my mind about its side effects, I decided to give it a try. For sure, I was going to lose it for my weight loss and I decided to take 2 pills a day, one in morning and the other in evening. I was happy that it will work and now I’ll overcome my problem but sadly that did not happen. Yes, you read it correctly. That did not happen initially because I was committing a mistake.

You see that forskolin helps in releasing the fats from the cells. So, you need to make your body use that fat. It can only occur if you have a calorie deficit in your body. Generally, the weight loss is carried out by lowering appetite, reducing digestion efficiency, or enhancing metabolism. However, this supplement does not do any of these things.

So, to make it work for you, you better be on a proper exercise routine. Have a good diet accompanying you and get over with the idea that it is something that will help you in losing fat overnight. Use it with a proper belly fat diet and decent exercise routine and you might be able to see results in a week.

My experience

As listed above, I was not initially able to see the visible results. It stopped weight gain but there was no fat or weight loss. However, when I started my exercise routine and low calorie diet along with the supplement, it worked amazingly.

At this point, you may think of it as a supplement that asks you to do a bit as well. But keep it in mind that if someone promise to give you a pill that will make you lose weight without doing anything then there are two possibilities; either you are harming yourself by changing the way your body is working or you are losing weight just to gain it after a while.

For me, the best part about this belly fat diet (forskolin supplement and its use) was the fact that I lost fat mass. There was a slight drop in my weight but the fat mass was drastically decreased. What kept the weight from dropping to a great extent was perhaps the fact that I experienced an increment in the lean body mass.

So, these were a few notable things that I felt should be shared with you. I felt comfortable to compliment weight loss and have a healthy fat reduction with this pill and it helped me to see results in no time with my belly fat diet and exercise. What do you say?
